Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Free shipping. A few ground rules.

All orders receiving free shipping from Overholt Supply Co. ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

This applies to every free-shipping offer, including discount codes, automatic discounts, promotional offers, rewards, and any other promotion that waives the shipping charge.

What’s Included—and What Isn’t

Free shipping covers USPS Ground Advantage only. It does not include USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, overnight delivery, or any other expedited or upgraded shipping service.

Selecting a different shipping service at checkout does not make that service eligible for free shipping. Free-shipping offers have no cash value and cannot be applied as a credit toward an expedited shipping upgrade.

Need It Faster?

Expedited shipping requires payment of the applicable shipping charge and is not covered by a free-shipping offer. To request a faster service, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and pricing.

If a free-shipping discount is mistakenly applied to an expedited service at checkout, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm USPS Ground Advantage shipping at no charge or arrange a paid shipping upgrade.

Processing and Delivery

Free shipping does not include rush processing or priority production. Our normal order processing and production timelines still apply.

Free-shipping offers do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please contact us before ordering if you need your items for a particular event or deadline.
