TKC-TD-170 Damascus Steel Hunting Knife

The TKC-TD-170 is a handcrafted hunting and utility knife made to work—not simply sit around looking handsome. More than 18 hours of forging, filing, fitting, grinding, and polishing go into each knife, resulting in a field-ready tool with plenty of individual character.

Its Damascus steel blade is hand-forged from alternating 1095 high-carbon and 4340 high-tensile steel, forming more than 450 layers. Diamond wood and camel handle scales are secured with multiple brass pins, creating a smooth, natural grip that feels comfortable and controlled in the hand.

Carefully weighted with its balance point just above the bolster, this knife is suited for hunting, camping, hiking, and general outdoor utility. Proper working steel backed by remarkable craftsmanship.

Care Instructions

Keep the blade clean and dry after use and periodically apply a light coat of knife-safe oil. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. If the knife includes a leather sheath, store it outside the sheath during long periods of inactivity to help prevent trapped moisture and corrosion.
