TKC-BP-001 - Burnt Bone Damascus Folder

Old-school materials. Proper working steel.

The TKC-BP-001 is a compact folding knife with a hand-forged Damascus steel blade, burnt bone handle, and traditional back-lock mechanism. At 3¾ inches closed, it rides comfortably in a pocket; opened, it measures 6½ inches and is ready for everyday cutting jobs.

Alternating layers of hard and soft steel create the flowing Damascus pattern across the blade. Because each knife is handmade from natural materials, the bone’s color, grain, and pattern will vary. No two knives will be exactly alike.

A thick cowhide leather sheath is included for protected carry and storage.

Care Instructions

Keep the blade clean and dry after use, then apply a light coat of knife-safe oil periodically. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. For long-term storage, keep the knife outside its leather sheath to prevent trapped moisture from causing corrosion.
