This one smells like a good idea you probably shouldn’t have at 9AM—but you’re gonna do it anyway.
We start with solid Brazil single origin beans, then let them sit in fresh Kentucky bourbon barrels long enough to pick up all the good stuff—oak, caramel, a little vanilla, and just enough of that charred edge to make things interesting. No actual booze in the cup, just the attitude.
Roasted to a medium so it stays smooth and doesn’t get lost in the process. You still get the natural sweetness of the coffee, just backed up by that barrel-aged depth that hits a little different.
It’s not subtle. It’s not supposed to be.
Brew it when you want your coffee to have a little more backbone than usual.
